Brief Discription : To improve employability as per current market demand, six months skill development program was conducted by Aayaam for Schedule Caste Candidates. Candidates. Under this, candidates were taught communication skills, general manners and etiquettes, Typing skills, Computer training was given to make them proficient in day to day office working. After this students were asked to choose area of their interest viz. office administration, marketing, Insurance agent, etc. and experts were called and the candidates were trained on those aspects. It was one of the most successful program in which 84% candidates were offered placement.
