Aayaam is actively involved in diversified fields. In last three years, several projects were undertaken in the field of Environment, Education, Research, Household Surveys, FGDs, etc. Several workshops, seminars, public meetings were conducted to generate awareness regarding Environment and General Health Campaigns were organized for well being. State wide household rural survey was conducted and master reports were generated. Skill development Training, Computer Training, Soft Skills Training, etc. were provided to the targeted groups. Study material was prepared for the courses conducted was developed by the organization. Several cultural events were organized to provide platform to young talent to showcase their hidden talents. Social house hold survey of 103 villages of Madhya Pradesh covering districts Bhopal, Raisen, Sehore, Vidisha, Shajapur, Ujjain, Sagar, Bila, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Nagda, Ratllam, Tikamgarh, etc. was done.

Under the campaign 20% of the household per village were selected. A questionnaire focussing on their livelihood, occupation, education, general commodities, living conditions, annual income, land holding, crop pattern, water availability and role of Water User Association was surveyed.

These questionnaire were compiled and summarized reports in tabular and graphical form was submitted.

Focussed Group Discussion of the villagers alongwith Water User Association was also conducted. Formats, samples photos, reports, etc. are enclosed.

As stated earlier, Documentation of the above mentioned projects was done. A software was prepared. Data Entry for each village was done and compilation of data in the form of graphs and charts was provided. Summarised reports village wise, district wise, canal wise were prepared for various usage. Video CDs of Focussed Group Discussions was prepared for future referrals and usage.

CDs of Small documentary films and Power point presentation were prepared on Conservation of Water, Environment protection etc.

Organization is organizing several job oriented programs round the year. The main objective of the program is prepare a candidate in such a way so that he/she must be able to acquire job easily in Front office, retail marketing, etc. Specialized training programs on Computers were also conducted along with Entrepreneur Development Camps etc.

Organization is conducting regular workshops, seminars, public meetings, competitions and awareness campaigns to generated awareness amongst the masses regaring global warming, water conservation, Biodiversity, etc. These campaigns are done in urban as well as Rural areas.                    

Campaigns on conservation of energy, usage of alternative resources and renewable energy is also done by the organization.
